Generalissmo, Melissa Small, announces 2011 Queen Neelah Escort Co-Chairs - Joe & Pili Barker   Pili Barker is a long time Independence residence, she works as a customer account manager at Cessna Aircraft Company.  Barker is a member of the Saint Andrew’s Church, Altar Society and Saint Andrew’s PSO where she has chaired several school fundraisers and worked on church events.  She has served on a number of Neewollah committees including talent co-chair, Neelah Debs co-chair, coronation co-chair, cast party & make-up.    Joe Barker is an Independence native.   He has served on the Parade committee for several years.  Joe was a former pharmacy manager for Independence’s Wal-Mart and now works as a pharmacist for Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.  Joe and Pili have two sons, Avery 17 and Dominic 13.
