 Marching Band Festival
We are pleased to invite you to the NEEWOLLAH MARCHING BAND FESTIVAL to be held Saturday, October 25, 2008. It is one of the longest running festivals in the state or area. In accordance with regulations approved by KSHSAA, we are again able to offer to any band that wishes to compete for top honors, the opportunity to compete in the BEST OF CLASS category. This is an option and not a requirement for anyone entering the parade and field competition. Your entry forms are so marked and you may choose the category that best suits your band’s needs. The Best of Class category will be grouped into four groups for this year: 1, 2, & 3A; 4A; 5A and 6A. In addition, there will be Trophies awarded, regardless of class, for Outstanding Drum Major, Outstanding Color-guard, Outstanding Percussion Line, and GRAND CHAMPION BAND OF THE FESTIVAL.
