The Arts & Crafts Show has been a main stay of the Neewollah festival over the years. Bringing in high quality hand crafted items has been a priority. This is a great time to shop for Christmas. Unusual and distinctive crafts, framed artwork, and photos abound with 35-40 booths.

Applications will be juried by the Neewollah Arts & Crafts Show Committee. Notice of acceptance or denial will be given via email.

The Neewollah Arts & Crafts Show committee receives numerous applications for this event but can only accept a specific number due to size constraints. Your application must specify what products will be sold. If your application has been approved by Neewollah, Inc. you may not change your product without consent. Neewollah reserves the right to reject any applications for any reason.

Booth Entry Fee- $60 (non-refundable). Booth Size 10x10. No electricity is available at the site. Approved vendors will receive a link to pay. All payments must be received no later than October 5, 2024. Please see additional information below:
  1. Selection preference will be given to high quality, home/hand crafted items and artwork. Sales of used condition merchandise will not be permitted. No copyright protected products. No alcohol. No Food. NO DIRECT SALES (examples: Tupperware, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Paparazzi, etc.)
  2. Booth space will be assigned and approved. Vendors will receive a packet including vendor map, booth number and other information regarding the day of the event. You may receive some of this information in your acceptance email.
  3. Please describe in detail and submit photos of the items you plan to sell at the show. Applications will not be processed without this information.
  4. Set up will take place between 6:00am and 9:00am on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Vendors need to be set up and ready to sell by 9:00am.
  5. In order to accommodate the customers and for security purposes, vehicles are required to park in the lots or streets adjacent to and across from the event. A parking/ropes pass will be provided for loading/unloading and parking.
  6. Booths need to be broken down and packed up between 4:30pm and 6:00pm on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Please do not start breaking down until 4:30pm.
