REGISTRATION and GENERAL INFORMATION/TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All contestants must pre-register by submitting a completed entry form, a signed copy of the event rules, and pay the entry fee of $5 payable to Neewollah Inc.
- Contestants may enter more than one dessert, but each additional dessert will require a separate entry form and entry fee.
- Please make sure to designate if the dessert needs to be “kept cold”. We will be able to place the dessert container on a bed of ice, but we do not have actual refrigeration available. Please plan your dessert entry accordingly.
- The completed entry form, signed rules, and fees are due by October 18th. There are no mandatory ingredients, but all desserts must be baked.
- All desserts must be checked in at the Dessert Contest Tent promptly between8 a.m. & 9 a.m. on the date of the event.
- The public may purchase a choice of 3 sample-size desserts of their choice for $3. The dessert sample sales will begin at 11:30am and will continue until 2:00 unless all dessert samples sell prior to that time.
- The Neewollah Dessert Contest Chairpersons and committee members will NOT be responsible for lost, broken or damaged containers, non- edible decorations or serving utensils presented by the contestants.
--all containers and non-edible decorations will be discarded unless otherwise indicated by the contestant during the dessert check-in process.
--those contestants wanting their containers and/or non-edible decorations returned must have their name, address and phone number clearly labeled on the container.
--All containers and/or non-edible decorations will be available for pickup at the Dessert Tent after 2:00 p.m.
--Any containers and or non-edible decorations not claimed by 3:00 P.M. will be discarded.
I have read and fully understand and will abide by the official rules for the 2024 Neewollah Dessert Contest.
Release of liability
For and in consideration of the privilege of participating in this event sponsored by Neewollah, Inc. , I hereby assume all risk of personal injury or damage to myself or any member of my team, and I hereby release Neewollah, Inc., its committee, workers and volunteers, and anyone else, individual or organization in charge of or connected with the Neewollah, Inc., from any and all claims and or liability from any accident, injury, damage or loss incurred or suffered by me or anyone in my charge or care no matter what the nature or cause. I further agree to indemnity and hold harmless Neewollah, Inc., its committee, workers and volunteers from any and all damages, cost, charges, expenses, legal fees and any other loss or expenses incurred by said organization or individuals connected therewith resulting from any acts or action on my part or anyone in my charge whether such acts were intentional , accidental or negligent which caused or contributed to the cause of such accident, injury, damage or loss incurred or suffered by such third party I do hereby certify that I have read the foregoing and agree to the same on behalf of myself and team members.
