Applications will be juried by the Neewollah Arts & Crafts Show Committee. Notice of acceptance or denial will be given via email.

The Neewollah Arts & Crafts Show committee receives numerous applications for this event but can only accept a specific number due to size constraints. Your application must specify what products will be sold. If your application has been approved by Neewollah, Inc. you may not change your product without consent. Neewollah reserves the right to reject any applications for any reason.

Booth Entry Fee- $60 (non-refundable). Booth Size 10x10. No electricity is available at the site. Approved vendors will receive a link to pay. All payments must be received no later than October 3rd, 2026. Please see additional information below:

Selection Criteria & Restrictions Selection preference is given to high-quality, handcrafted items and original artwork. To maintain the integrity of the Arts & Crafts Fair, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Used Merchandise: All items must be in new condition.
- Copyrighted Material: No trademarked or protected products.
- Consumables: No alcohol, food, or drink vendors.
- Direct Sales: Commercially produced "multi-level marketing" products (e.g., Tupperware, Scentsy, Pampered Chef) are not permitted.
Please note: This is a curated Arts & Crafts Fair, not a trade show. The Arts & Crafts Chair and the Neewollah Board reserve the right to deny any application that does not align with these standards.
Booth space will be assigned and approved. Vendors will receive a packet including vendor map, booth number and other information regarding the day of the event. You may receive some of this information in your acceptance email.
Please describe in detail and submit photos of the items you plan to sell at the show. Applications will not be processed without this information.
Set up will take place between 6:00am and 9:00am on Saturday, October 31st. Vendors need to be set up and ready to sell by 9:00am.
In order to accommodate the customers and for security purposes, vehicles are required to park in the lots or streets adjacent to and across from the event. A parking/ropes pass will be provided for loading/unloading and parking.
Booths need to be broken down and packed up between 4:30pm and 6:00pm on Saturday, October 31st. Please do not start breaking down until 4:30pm.
