Neewollah Trademark Partnership Request

Neewollah Inc. Merchandise and Trademark Policy

To protect the branding and integrity of the Neewollah Festival, Neewollah Inc. has officially trademarked the "witch" logo and associated merchandise. While we appreciate local businesses celebrating with us, we have a formal approval process for all festival-related goods.

Key Requirements:

  • Submission Deadline: All proposed items must be submitted for board review by September 1st of the current year.
  • Design Guidelines: Permanent designs should not include individual business names or logos.
  • Supplier Opportunities: We are always looking for new and exciting items for Neewollah Headquarters. Our merchandise committee works year round to find unique items to stock our store. We may reach out to see if you are interested in partnering with us. If we already have something similar to your design, we may have to pass for this year.

Requests will be reviewed by the Trademark Committee and/or the Neewollah Board of Director's. You will be contacted with an approval or denial by email.
